Biography

By nature i am a "People Pleaser" & my passion is Realestate & Marketing. When you combine the two you end up with a Realtor who loves what she does & ALWAYS has your best interest at heart.  I have spent the last 7 years with a focus on providing a superior level of service to my Buyers & to my Sellers. I am now fortunate that much of my business is now through Word-of-mouth through satisfied past clients & Realtor Referral networks. This enjoys me the opportunity to focus on client service & not on prospecting for new business.  I encourage you to read what my past clients have had to say about Me...  This makes me so proud & thankful for being in an industry I love. 

I made the Comox Valley my home almost 10 years ago, after leaving the hustle & bustle of the Vancouver business world behind.  I had a thriving career in Marketing in the Telecommunications industry & prior to that in the Film Industry. I successfully planned many successful business events.   I studied Marketing Management at BCIT  for 2 years  & obtained a Diploma in Marketing & Professional Sales. Prior to that I obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Planning/Geography from the University of Victoria.  

The Comox Valley is ripe for opportunity  with lots of "smart" growth, affordable housing & a growing Realestate market.   Since moving to the Valley I have never looked back!  It is the perfect place to raise a family, to "actively" retire or to invest in its future.   

Working in the field of Realestate is definately a "life style", one of which is a perfect fit for me!  My clients are always very appreciative and pleasantly surprised to have their calls & e-mails returned so promptly & how flexible I am in accommodating their schedules.   I appreciate the anticipation & anxiety that comes with buying or selling realestate & I do what I can to put my clients minds at ease.   I have an "up-front" & honest demeanor & never pressure anyone into a purchase or sale.  I am aggressive when it comes to negotiations & well respected amongst my colleagues in the Industry. 

On a personal side I am a "Mom" with a daughter who is 8 years old and in grade 3 at Brooklyn School. I live in Comox a few blocks up from Goose Spit and Mac Wood Park.  When I am not working you will find me either in the garden or at the beach in the Summer or up at Mt. Washington(on the sunny days) or curled up with a good book in the Winter.
