My passion for Marketing coupled with my Professional Education in the field & 20 years experience has resulted in the creation & implementation of a Marketing Program that is comprehensive & extremely effective in getting your property sold! 

 

In 2011 I was ranked #1 at Royal LePage CV with a list to sell ratio of 97.4%. What this means to you, is the listings I took last year resulted in a Sale.   My approach to success is simple; 


  1. Proper pricing through a DETAILED  Compartive Marketing Report (CMA). Analysis of comparable properties sold, listed, market conditons, location, property pros and cons to provide a Printed Report of what your property is likely to SELL for in this market.  I do not "buy" listings & inflate prices & unrealistic expectations. Your property is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay.  A new listing is the "most exciting" to prospective buyers & their Realtors- take advantage of this. 

  2. Showcase your property to look its best & appeal to the greatest number of buyers. Advise & "hands on" assistance in staging your property to look its best for the Virtual Tour & for Showings. 

  3. Exposure to ALL Realtors from every office & to potential buyers through Caravan tour, extensive web & print campaign, Open houses, kiosks * ask for copy of detailed Marketing program

  4. Accountability- What I say i will do, I put into writing along with associated time lines for completion. 

  5. Regular Communication from initial contact.... Same day showing feedback, weekly listing status update on market conditions, sales, new listings. constructive showing feedback. All phone communication then summarized in e-mail format for your records.
