Analysis of comparable properties sold, listed, market conditons, location, property pros and cons to provide a Printed Report of what your property is likely to SELL for in this market. I do not "buy" listings & inflate prices & unrealistic expectations. Your property is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay. A new listing is the "most exciting" to prospective buyers & their Realtors- take advantage of this.

Showcase your property to look its best & appeal to the greatest number of buyers. Advise & "hands on" assistance in staging your property to look its best for the Virtual Tour & for Showings.
