Pricing Your Home~ Complimentary Market Analysis

When you think about it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your home. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you what has recently sold in your neighborhood and what is currently for sale competing with you.  In combining this report with a preview to your home to evaluate the condition, layout and age of your home I can provide you with a fair market value price range along with useful tips on what you can do to increase your homes SALABILITY and MARKET VALUE.  I have found that this information is invaluable to my clients!
