The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you what has recently sold in your neighborhood and what is currently for sale competing with you. In combining this report with a preview to your home to evaluate the condition, layout and age of your home I can provide you with a fair market value price range along with useful tips on what you can do to increase your homes SALABILITY and MARKET VALUE.
