Phillipa was a very reliable realtor.  We hired her to help us buy a home in Comox.  We came on a one week house hunting trip, which unfortunately proved to be unsuccessful at the time.  The market did not offer much during the week that we chose to come.  As disappointed as we were, we had faith that Philippa would find us something.  With regular communication she had come through with flying colors.  We were back in Comox within two weeks signing the papers for our new home.  Philippa made the purchase process flawless and effortless for us, even doing most of the negotiating over the phone and fax from a different province!.  It was a great experience.  She is a true professional!
